AIR FRYER VEGAN TAQUITOS

These vegan taquitos are so incredibly easy to make and taste just like the real thing! So much so that every time I make them my daughter comes down and steals almost all of them!!

Definitely a recipe you will make weekly!


INGREDIENTS

1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp minced ginger
2 tbsp green chili
2 tbsp no salt added tomato sauce
1 cup longeve
1/2 cup follow your heart vegan mozzarella
6 corn tortillas


DIRECTIONS

For the olive oil in the pan for about 30 seconds. The ginger stir till Browned, add the green chilies and tomato sauce stir for like a minute at the longeve already rehydrated and cheese and stir for like 45 more seconds till the cheese is melted.

Put about 2 1/2 to 3 tablespoons of the mixture on a corn tortilla roll it up, put them in the air fryer put it on 400, cook eight minutes and flip them and cook another 2 to 3 minutes till they are crispy! You can top with a sour cream/avocado sauce or guacamole! Dig in!
