Fall is a coming and I LOVE bread! But this blueberry banana bread is pretty much the best vegan bread you will ever have!


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup blueberries

  • 1 1/4 cup gluten free flour

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp vanilla powder (or protein powder)

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1/2 cup almond or flax milk w/ 2 tsp apple cider vinegar

  • 2 soft ripe banana’s

  • 1 cup coconut sugar

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 2 tsp baking powder


DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350

Spray a loaf pan with pam spray

Mix dry ingredients

Mix wet ingredients

Add wet ingredients to the dry and thoroughly mix

Mix in blueberries

Bake at 350 or 1 hour or till cooked all the way through

Dig in!
