BLUEBERRY BANANA BREAD

Fall is a coming and I LOVE bread! But this blueberry banana bread is pretty much the best vegan bread you will ever have!
INGREDIENTS
1 cup blueberries
1 1/4 cup gluten free flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla powder (or protein powder)
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup almond or flax milk w/ 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
2 soft ripe banana’s
1 cup coconut sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350
Spray a loaf pan with pam spray
Mix dry ingredients
Mix wet ingredients
Add wet ingredients to the dry and thoroughly mix
Mix in blueberries
Bake at 350 or 1 hour or till cooked all the way through
Dig in!
