My kids LOVE Caesar salads, but I don’t LOVE the high calories that come with it! So I have this healthier version for you!

Whip it up in min and enjoy!


INGREDIENTS

·       1 cup Greek yogurt or Silk non dairy yogurt

·       1/2 cup Parmesan cheese or vegan parmesan

·       2 tbsp Lemon juice

·       2 tsp Minced garlic

·       1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

·       1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard

·       1/4 tsp Salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS

·       Whisk everything for the dressing together in a small bowl until combined. Season to taste.
