Love Love Love to celebrate birthdays, especially with a healthier donut!! These little treats are super easy to make and so much fun to decorate as you can truly choose so many different sprinkles!
Stick a candle in it and call it a day!

INGREDIENTS
Donuts
3/4 cup gluten free Oat flour
1/4 cup Baking stevia
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1/4 tsp Salt
1/3 cup Unsweetened applesauce
1 Egg
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
Optional Icing
1/2 cup Swerve powdered sugar or truvia
1 tbsp Almond milk
1-2 drops Food coloring
2 tbsp Sprinkles
DIRECTIONS
To make the donuts: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray a donut pan with non-stick spray.
Place the dry ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine. Add the wet ingredients and whisk until smooth.
Pour the batter into the doughnut pan and bake for about 16-18 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the thickest part of a donut comes out clean. Let cool completely.
To make the icing: Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and stir until smooth. If you like the icing thicker, add more swerve confectioner sugar a bit at a time. To thin the mixture, just add a bit more milk..
Top donuts with icing, and top with sprinkles.
