CHAI TEA COOKIES

These little gems are delish…..a little hint of spice, some sweetness and the calories are oh so nice!
INGREDIENTS
2 cup Almond flour
1/3 cup Coconut sugar
1 tsp Baking powder
1 Chai tea bag
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1/4 cup Unsweetened flax milk
1 tsp cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with wax paper, sprayed with pam spray.
Add almond flour, coconut sugar, baking powder, contents of a chai tea bag to a bowl and mix. Pour in the flax milk and vanilla extract and mix until formed.
Using your hands, roll the cookies into small dough balls. You should have enough dough for approximately 10 cookies. Once they are on the baking sheet, flatten them with a fork. Place in the oven for 22-24 minutes.Dig in!
