OMG!!!! You will never even know it is vegan! So creamy, so delicious and so fast and easy to make! And you can freeze the rest for later!


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 cup Chickpeas

  • 1/2 cup All natural peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup sugar free Maple syrup

  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup lilly’s no sugar add dark chocolate chips

  • 1 tbsp gluten free Oats


DIRECTIONS

Drain and rinse your chickpeas.

Place chickpeas, peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract and oats in a food processor. Blend until smooth.

Put cookie dough to a bowl and stir in the lilly’s chocolate chips. Divide into bowls, or roll into balls.

Dig in!
