CHEESEBURGER MEATLOAF

Mediterranean Turkey burgers are just what you need to spice up a bad day or to make things a little more interesting at dinner. It’s time to step away from the frozen pizzas and chicken nuggets and dig into something more interesting, and healthier. Make these delicious Burgers and watch your family devour them. They will actually ask you to make them often. At least my kids do!
Ingredients
1 lb Extra lean ground turkey or beef
1/4 cup Old fashioned oats
1 Large egg
3/4 cup low fat Shredded 2% cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp Onion powder
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/4 cup Low sugar ketchup
1 tbs Mustard
1 tbs Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup Bell pepper, finely chopped (any color)
1/2 cup Sweet onion, finely chopped
1/2 tbs Honey or 1 tbsp truvia
Topping:
1/4 cup Low sugar ketchup
1/2 tbs Mustard
Optional: Tomato slices for topping
DIRECTIONS
Meatloaf: Place all the ingredients for the meatloaf in a large mixing bowl. Using your hands, mix the ingredients until well combined. In a small bowl mix together the ketchup and mustard for the topping.
Oven:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a bread pan with cooking spray. Place mixture into bread pan and spread topping out on top of the meatloaf. Bake at 375 for 55-60 minutes.
