NO BAKE CINNAMON SUGAR PROTEIN BALLS

No Bake Cinnamon Sugar Protein balls sounds like a mouthful but one bite and I’m pretty sure you’ll love them as much as I do and understand why I cannot stop eating them. Last time I got smart and made a double batch, yep 4 dozen!
INGREDIENTS
Donut Balls:
· 1 cup Oat flour
· 1 cup Almond flour
· 1/2 cup APN Vanilla Ice Cream protein powder
· 1/4 cup truvia
· 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
· 1/2 tsp Salt
· 1/2 cup unsweetened Applesauce
Cinnamon & Sugar Coating:
· 2 tbsp truvia
· 2 tsp Cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
Put everything for the protein balls in a medium bowl and stir until combined and dough forms.
Roll 20 even sized balls and place on a lined baking pan or plate with sides. Drip a few drops of water over balls, just enough to get balls damp, and sprinkle cinnamon sugar coating over balls.
Roll balls in coating on the pan/plate until coated in cinnamon and sugar.
