CHICKEN AVOCADO BURGER

Who doesn’t love Chicken and avocado together! Such great flavors combined to make a tasty burger at any season! dig in!
Ingredients
1 lb. ground chicken breast
1 avocado, mashed
1/3 c. oat or almond flour
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1 tsp salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp. vegetable oil
TOPPINGS:
Burger bun, spinach wrap, lettuce wrap, pita bread
Lettuce
Sliced tomato
Sliced red onion
Olive oil Mayo
DIRECTIONS
In a large bowl, combine chicken with avocado, oat flour, garlic, parsley and red pepper flakes. Stir well to combine and season with salt and pepper. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat vegetable oil. Place patties in the skillet and cook until golden brown on one side, 4 to 5 minutes.
Flip the patties, and cook another 3 to 5 minutes until cooked through.
Serve on a bun, spinach wrap, lettuce wrap or pita with lettuce, tomato and onion if you like
