CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER BANANA BREAD

You can’t tell me that when you were a kid you didn’t love those Peanut Banana sandwiches? Well now you have the combo in the bread itself and some add dairy free chocolate chips to make it that much more tempting!
Ingredients
I cup mashed over ripe banana (3 small ones)
3 vegan eggs (3 tbsp ground flaxseed +6 tbsp water/let sit for 5 min) or you can use 3 regular eggs
1/3 cup coconut sugar
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
3/4 cup unsweetened oat milk (or any other plant based milk)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups gluten free flour
1/2 cup Chocolate PB2
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup dairy free chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 375
Prepare a bread pan with pam spray
In a mixing bowl, mix together the mashed bananas, flax egg, coconut oil, coconut sugar, oat milk and vanilla extract until thoroughly mixed
Mix in the gluten free flour, baking soda, baking powder and PB2 till thoroughly mixed.
Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for 55 min.
Take out of the oven, let it cool down and Dig in!
