VANILLA CHAI LATTE OVERNIGHT OATS

Wow…you can have your latte and breakfast all in one with this delicious quick vanilla chai latte overnight oats. This will totally hit the spot!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten free rolled oats ( I like Bob’s red mill)

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk

  • 1 scoop Vegan Vanilla protein powder (I like Planta Madagascar Vanilla)

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp sugar free maple syrup made with Stevia

  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg

  • 1/8 tsp ground cloves

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

OPTIONAL TOPPINGS

  • dairy free chocolate chips

  • slivered almonds


DIRECTIONS

Place all your ingredients into a mason jar or tall Tupperware dish. Stir everything till well mixed. Store in the fridge for at least 60 min or overnight

In the morning, take it out of the fridge, add your favorite toppings and you can either eat it cold or heat up for 30 seconds. Dig in!
