CINNAMON ROLL PROTEIN OVERNIGHT OATS

These Cinnamon Roll Protein Overnight Oats are the perfect way to start your day! If you are a cinnamon roll fan, you will love the taste of these overnight oats, which have the perfect balance of complex carbs and protein to fuel your day!
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cup Old fashioned oats
1/2 cup APN Iso Pro Vanilla Ice Cream Protein powder (or additional 1/2 cup oats)
1 cup Plain low fat Greek yogurt or Silk non dairy yogurt
2 cups Unsweetened almond milk
1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Salt (or to taste)
2 tbs p Truvia
1/4 cup Sugar free maple syrup
Optional Topping
1/2 cup Plain low fat Greek yogurt or Silk non dairy yogurt
1 tbsp Truvia
DIRECTIONS
In a small bowl, mix all of the ingredients together. Divide between 4 small bowls, mugs, or mason jars. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for at least an hour (or more) so the oats soften and absorb the liquid).
If using topping, mix greek yogurt with the truvia, then swirl on just before enjoying!
I love it cold, or you can microwave for 30-60 seconds to enjoy warm!
