BANANA MUG CAKE

Did someone say cake? And Banana cake at that? Sign me up!! This 2 Minute Banana Mug Cake is the best banana cake ever, and it's ready in just minutes! It's moist, perfectly sweet, with the perfect amount of spice and it's topped with a cinnamon swirl topping and walnuts if you like! Hard to believe it’s healthy enough for breakfast or dessert!
INGREDIENTS
Cake
*3 tbsp Oat flour
*1 tbsp APN Vanilla Protein powder
*1/2 tsp Baking powder
*1/4 tsp Baking soda
*2 tbsp Truvia
*Pinch Salt
*Pinch Nutmeg
*1/4 cup Mashed ripe banana (about 1/2 banana)
*1 large Egg white
Cinnamon Swirl Topping
*1/2 tbsp Truvia
*1/2 tsp Cinnamon
**Optional
*Walnuts
DIRECTIONS
1 Spray a microwave safe small bowl or mug with cooking spray, set aside. Place all of the ingredients for the cake into a small bowl and stir until combined. Scoop batter into the prepared bowl/mug. Mix together cinnamon swirl topping in a small dish. Top cake with cinnamon swirl topping and swirl it into the cake batter in the mug.
2 Microwave cake for 1 minute, then remove from microwave. Stick a toothpick in the cake to check if it is done, and if needed microwave for another 30 seconds, or until toothpick comes out clean. YUM!
