HEALTHY BEEF SLIDERS

Burgers get such a bad wrap sometimes! People tend to stay away from them unless it’s their treat time. Well these little gems can be eaten any time! They are made with 96/4 lean ground beef, low fat cheddar cheese and gluten free buns!! So full of flavor and eating just one will leave you feeling satisfied!
INGREDIENTS
· 3 pounds 96/4 lean ground beef
· 4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
· 1 tablespoon white pepper
· 1 tablespoon kosher salt
· 1 tablespoon garlic powder
· 1 tablespoon onion powder
· 1 1/2 tablespoons smoked paprika
· 12 ounces reduced fat sharp cheddar slices
· Gluten free mini rolls
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375°. In a large bowl, combine meat and the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Divide into 24 patties. Cook sliders on a grill or grill pan 3-4 minutes per side, or even in the air fryer at 400 degrees cook on one side for 5 min and flip for another 2-4 min depending upon your desired temp.
Place 1 slice low fat cheddar on each patty, place in the microwave for 30 sec. Lightly toast gluten free rolls if you like. Assemble all of it together and dig in!
