Air Fryer Avocado Fries are crispy, low in bad fat and high in the good fats you need.  You may not know it, but your body is craving these fries!  With all that healthy fat, this is one of those keto air fryer recipes you will want to make regularly.

Air fryer avocado fries are a delicious appetizer, side or snack. They can be enjoyed alone or used in another dish, such as nacho avocado fries or as burger topping. No matter how you eat them one thing is for sure they will hit the crunchy craving spot! Did I also mention avocado fries are low carb and gluten free?  They are!

Yes, there is really a such thing as good fat.  Not all fats are created equal. Avocados happen to be loaded with mostly monounsaturated fat, as a result are a great replacement for other fats.  Because they are also high in fiber avocados technically reduce carbs. If you are following a low carb diet, that is important.  That’s why I love these avocado fries.  They are one of the easy air fryer recipes that is just good for you all around!
