S’mores Bars are the deliciousness of a s’more but they can be enjoyed all year round. The ooey-gooey chocolate with a graham cracker crust flavor and marshmallow will give you a taste of your favorite summer dessert all year round!
Yep, it’s true… I love s’mores! I am obsessed. They are the perfect dessert!
It doesn’t really matter to me, as long as I get that graham cracker flavor, chocolate and marshmallow combination!
What I love about these S’mores Bars is that you can make them any time of the year and have a little taste of summer, even in the winter!

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cup gluten free Old fashioned oats
1 cup APN Vanilla Protein powder
1/2 cup Truvia or swerve
1/4 cup Peanut butter, microwaved for 20 seconds
1/4 cup Flax milk
1/4 cup Mini marshmallows'
2 tbs Unsweetened applesauce
1/8 cup Lilly’s Mini chocolate chips'
1/4 tsp Salt
DIRECTIONS
Add all of the ingredients into a medium sized bowl, and stir to combine.
To make the bars, simply press the mixture into a 9×9 baking pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Store protein bars in a covered container in the freezer and take out about 15-20 minutes to thaw slightly before enjoying.
