These maple butterscotch bars are seriously way too delicious to be healthy! They are extremely easy to make and take not time, pop them in the fridge to firm and you have a delicious treat ready to go!


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 2/3 cup gluten free Oat flour 

  • 1/3 cup APN Protein powder

  • 1/2 cup sugar free Maple syrup

  • 1 cup peanut butter 

  • 1 tbsp sugar free Maple extract 

  • 1/2 tsp Salt

  • 1/2 cup Sweetener of choice

  • 1/4 cup Lilly’s sugar free Butterscotch chips


DIRECTIONS

Mix everything together in a medium mixing bowl. Stir until dough forms and everything is well combined. Press into a 9x9 inch baking pan sprayed with cooking spray. Top with butterscotch chips, lightly pressing them into the dough. 

Cut dough into 10 even size bars. Store in fridge for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.
