MICROWAVE FRITTATA
If you love eggs and bacon, you will surely love this easy tasty dish! Literally takes 3 min to make and is full of yummy goodness! Bacon, eggs and cheese oh my!
INGREDIENTS
· 1 egg
· 3 egg whites
· 2 slices turkey bacon
· ½ cup broccoli
· ½ dup bell pepper
· ½ cup red onion
· 2 tbsp feta cheese
DIRECTIONS
· Chop the turkey bacon into a ramekin and with spray with cooking spray
· Heat in the microwave for 1.5 minutes
· Add the chopped vegetables and the egg, mix them together
· Sprinkle the feta on top
· Cover and cook for an additional 3 minutes in the microwave
