INGREDIENTS

  • 1 scoop APN Cookies and cream protein powder or other similar flavor protein

  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

  • 3 oreo cookies

  • 1 tbsp truvia

  • 2-3 oz Flax or almond milk


DIRECTIONS

Crush up the oreo’s

Add the rest of the ingredients, mix and microwave for 3 min.

Dig in!
