INGREDIENTS
1 scoop APN Cookies and cream protein powder or other similar flavor protein
1/4 tsp baking powder
3 oreo cookies
1 tbsp truvia
2-3 oz Flax or almond milk
DIRECTIONS
Crush up the oreo’s
Add the rest of the ingredients, mix and microwave for 3 min.
