This is literally a staple in my day….EVERY DAY! With just 3 ingredients, you cannot go wrong!!


Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Planta Peanut butter banana Protein powder

  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

  • 3 oz Flax milk


DIRECTIONS

Mix all the ingredients together in a mug or small bowl and microwave on high for 3 min. I top min with a little bit of sunflower butter and sugar free syrup
