SALTED CARAMEL CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFINS

These Salted Caramel Chocolate Muffins are one of a kind tasting and are the perfect balance of healthy fat, carbs, and protein! They couldn't be easier to make, with just a few ingredients blended together. They are great way to satisfy that sweet craving in a while keeping a healthy waist line!
INGREDIENTS
· 1 (15 oz) cans no salt added Chickpeas
· 2 Eggs (or flax eggs, 2 tbsp flax seed, 4tbsp water and sit for 5 min)
· 1/2 cups sunflower butter
· 1/2 cups no sugar added Applesauce
· 3/4 cups Truvia
· 1/3 cups Salted Caramel Protein powder OR Apn Protein Powder
· 1/2 tsp Salt
· 2 tsp Baking powder
· 1/3 cups Lilly’s no sugar added Chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a 12 cup muffin tin with cooking spray, or line with parchment muffin liners.
Place the wet ingredients in blender and blend until mixed. Pour the rest of the ingredients in the blender and blend until mixture is well combined. Pour into 12 muffin tins. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick or knife comes out clean.
