SCHEZWAN SHRIMP STIR FRY

Ingredients

  • 2 TBSP OLIVE OIL

  • 1 LB RAW SHRIMP

  • 1 PD GREEN BEANS

  • 1 TSP SALT

  • ½ TSP CRUSHED RED PEPPER

  • 1 TSP MINCED GARLIC

  • 1 TSP MINCED GINGER

  • 1 TBSP LOW SODIUM SOY SAUCE OR BRAGGS AMINO ACIDS

  • 2 TBSP LEMON JUICE


DIRECTIONS

 

In a large frying pan, heat 1 tbsp olive oil over medium-high heat

Add shrimp to the pan, then season with ½ tsp of salt and ½ tsp crushed red pepper.  Cook until the shrimp from the pan and set aside.

In the same pan, heat 1 tbsp olive oil and add green beans

Add ginger and garlic, then season with ½ tsp salt.  Stir frequently and cook until the green beans is tender-crisp.

Return the shrimp to the pan, then add the soy sauce or braggs. Stir until the ingredients are well combined. Just before it’s finished, add the lemon juice and then serve!
