VEGAN CHOCOLATE BANANA BREADD

This vegan banana bread is always such a treat, but add some cocoa it becomes a staple in any household!
INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp ground flaxseed
5 tbsp water
3 extra ripe banana’s
1/3 cup melted vegan butter
2/3 cup truvia
1/2 cup almond milk or flax milk
2 cup gluten free flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
DIRECTIONS
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and spray a loaf pan with pam spray.
In a small bowl make your vegan egg with 2 tbsp ground flaxseeds mixed with 5 tbsp water and let sit for 5 min
In a separate large bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth. Stir in the melted vegan butter and mix well till smooth
Add the truvia, almond milk and flax egg. Mix well
Add the gluten free flour to the banana mixture, then add the baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and unsweetened cocoa. One thoroughly mixed, pour into the loaf pan. Bake for 50-60 min.
Let cool before serving!
