CROCKPOT BBQ PULLED CHICKEN

Oh my, BBQ anything is amazing! Remember those bbq pulled sandwiches when you were at BBQ’s?? Well now you can make them at home!
You can serve it on a bun, over some rice, in a lettuce cup If you are watching those carbs or even cauliflower rice! Heck…you could eat it by itself!
Full of tanginess, so easy to make and great for meal prep all week long!
INGREDIENTs
1 1/2 lb Chicken breast
BBQ Sauce:
1 tbsp Minced garlic
1/2 cup Ketchup
1 cup Tomato sauce
1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar
1/8 cup Honey
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce [2]
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Chili powder
1 1/2 tsp Onion powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
DIRECTIONS
In a medium bowl, mix everything together for the BBQ sauce. Stir until well combined. Pour sauce into crockpot and add chicken. Cover and cook for 8 hours on low, or 4 hours on high. Shred chicken with two forks. Serve on whole grain buns, lettuce wraps, in a whole grain tortilla, or even stuffed into a baked sweet potato!
