If you are in the mood for fruity, look no further! This combination of apple, raspberries and cherries is packed full of sweetness with a little tartness!
Add a little cucumber to blend it all in and you have a smoothie chalked full of antioxidants and good for you fuel! Great for a post workout or just as a snack!
INGREDIENTS
· ½ cup pitted fresh cherries
· ½ English cucumber
· 1 apple
· ½ cup fresh raspberries
· 1 tablespoon chia seed
· ½ cup water
· 6-8 ice cubes
DIRECTIONS
Place in your blender in the order of the ingredients listed, then blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.
