EVERYTHING SEASONED SALMON W/PARMESAN ZOODLES

This rich, flavorful Everything Seasoned Salmon Fillet is an easy dinner recipe that's ready in 20 minutes -- and it tastes like you spent hours in a gourmet kitchen. It's the perfect seafood dish for a busy mom who doesn't have the time, energy, or desire to slave over a hot stove!
Salmon is also so good for you! It is rich in Omega 3 fatty acids which aids in decreased inflammation, lowering blood pressure, reducing the risk of cancer and is known as good ol brain food!
Salmon is also a great source of protein, packing about 22-25 grams per 3.5 oz serving!
Let’s also not forget about those B-Vitamins that they are chalked full of, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9 and B12!!! Energy baby!

INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp. light/reduced-fat cream cheese, softened at room temp
1 1/2 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
Dash each salt and black pepper
2 cups zoodles (spiralized or packaged)
One 4-oz. raw skinless salmon fillet
2 tsp. Everything seasoning blend (sprouts or trader joes)
DIRECTIONS
In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, Parm, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until uniform.
Microwave Veggie Spirals for 6 minutes, or until thawed.
Meanwhile, bring a skillet sprayed with nonstick spray to medium heat. Season both sides of salmon with Everything seasoning blend. Cook for 3 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
Drain Veggie Spirals in a strainer, and thoroughly blot dry. Transfer to a microwave-safe bowl. Add cream cheese mixture and mix thoroughly.
Cover and microwave for 1 minute, or until hot. Mix again….
Place salmon on top.
Optional toppings: mashed avocado and peanuts
