PROTEIN BANANA BREAD WAFFLES

These are just so much yumminess wrapped into one little breakfast. You have the flavor of banana, chocolate and syrup all while having added protein!
Ingredients
1 Banana
1/2 cup low fat Cottage cheese
3 Egg white
1/4 cup APN Vanilla Protein powder
1 cup gluten free Old fashioned oats
1/2 tsp Baking powder
2 tbsp Truvia
DIRECTIONS
Place all of the ingredients in a blender, and blend until the batter is smooth.
Preheat waffle iron. Spray waffle iron with non-stick spray, and pour 1/2 cup batter into waffle iron when heated.
Close waffle maker, and remove waffle when waffles are golden brown in color.
Top with sugar free syrup or even more banana!! Dig in!
